About the role
Join Navastit’s talent team to source, screen, and place engineers for startups and product companies. You will own role briefs end to end and partner closely with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Run intake calls and turn vague briefs into clear role profiles.
- Source and screen candidates for stack, seniority, and culture fit.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer logistics with clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT or technical recruiting experience.
- Comfort talking through common engineering stacks and role levels.
- Clear written and verbal communication with candidates and clients.
Nice to have
- Experience with contract, C2H, or permanent staffing models.
- Existing network across JavaScript, Python, Java, or DevOps talent.
